Warns everyone to be aware of surroundings
O&APV Editor Joseph Brant has this exclusive interview with Carl Blea, who was shot early Saturday morning in Lázaro Cárdenas Park. Blea and his husband were walking through a park, holding hands, in the morning when they say a stranger pulled out a gun and shot at them, hitting Blea in the thigh. They are from Palm Springs, California. They both warn visitors to be aware of their surroundings.
