Vallarta School for Girls provides quality education to girls from communities with limited resources, breaking cycles of hardship and creating lasting opportunities for brighter futures.

The Vallarta School for Girls, established by the Girls Education Fund Foundation, offers a safe and nurturing space for girls from underserved communities. Led by dedicated educators, our bilingual program fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and personal responsibility. We empower graduates with the confidence and skills necessary to thrive and reach their full potential. All essential needs—books, supplies, uniforms, and meals—are provided free of charge.

 Values

The school community—staff, students, and stakeholders—embodies these core principles:

Integrity: Acting with trust, honesty, and reliability.

Empathy: Valuing each individual’s unique background and abilities.

Respect: Recognizing and honoring everyone’s individuality and potential.

Excellence: Striving for high standards with the support to achieve them.

Transparency: Ensuring openness in decisions, funding, and communication.

In Mexico, girls face more barriers to education than boys—poverty, violence, early marriage, and traditions that prioritize boys’ schooling. These girls don’t lack interest or ability; they leave school because of systemic inequality.

They deserve better.

When girls are educated, they acquire the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful change. They contribute to economic growth, take on leadership roles in their communities, and inspire future generations
